Voor ons departement Logistiek & Supply Chain zoeken we vandaag een Warehouse Supervisor:


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leidinggeven aan 7 medewerkers in PUD, TH en Support volgens kwaliteits- en kwantiteitsnormen.
  • Uitvoeren van beleid en beheren van middelen zoals gebouwen, wagenpark en loods equipment.
  • Onderhouden van contact met interne opdrachtgevers en leveranciers.
  • Beheren van het Operations/Support budget.
  • Toezicht houden op het milieuzorgsysteem en bewaken van voortgang en kwaliteit.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen logistiek of operations.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met het beheren van gebouwen, terreinen, wagenpark en loods equipment.
  • Kennis van milieuzorgsystemen en het beheren van operationele budgetten.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en een planner in hart en nieren.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor zowel veiligheid, milieuzorg als het welzijn van je team.


Wat je kan verwachten:

  • Je werkt op een logistieke terminal bij DHL, verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks operationeel management.
  • Een dynamische omgeving waar efficiëntie en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Veiligheid, milieuzorg en teamwork zijn kernwaarden.
  • Een marktconform salaris, afhankelijk van ervaring en prestaties. Indien jij de perfecte kandidaat bent, bespreken we graag hoe jouw loonsverwachting kan aansluiten.
  • Flexibiliteit vereist voor operationele taken, maar thuiswerkopties zijn beperkt gezien de aard van de functie.
  • Goed bereikbaar met eigen vervoer, parkeermogelijkheden aanwezig.
