En quoi consistera ton travail chez nous ? 🏋🏼‍♂️

Tu développes des relations avec des clients et des candidats via calls, réunions en face à face, teams et tu accompagnes et coordonnes l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, en veillant toujours à respecter les besoins du client.

On est aussi certifiés Great Place to Work – donc en plus de bosser sur des projets excitants, tu profiteras d’un environnement top où il fait bon travailler ! 😎


À quoi ressemble une journée typique ?

  • Ta journée commence par la consultation de tes e-mails et le suivi des processus en cours. Tu crées une liste de clients potentiels avec lesquels tu souhaites entrer en contact.
  • Une fois cette liste prête, tu commences à appeler ces clients. Tu leur présentes nos services et tu organises une réunion pour discuter des postes à pourvoir sur lesquels nous allons travailler.
  • Poste trouvé ? Parfait ! Il est temps de chercher les bons candidats. Sur la base de tes recherches, tu contactes ces candidats par téléphone.
  • Après ces appels, on arrive déjà en fin de journée et il est temps pour toi de présenter tes candidats trouvés à tes clients. Enfin, tu prépares ta journée du lendemain.

Ton profil 🔍


  • Une première expérience professionnelle est indispensable.
  • Tu es le premier point de contact pour les clients et les candidats : tu as une excellente communication, orienté-clients.
  • Tu as une passion pour les relations humaines, un talent pour faire matcher les personnes et, si nécessaire, tu sais utiliser tes talents de sales pour convaincre.
  • Tu parles couramment français et tu maîtrises bien l'anglais, afin de pouvoir communiquer clairement avec les clients et les collègues.
