Nous recherchons un Senior Project Manager expérimenté dans la réalisation de projets de construction industrielle clé en main, avec une expertise spécifique en construction de stations de traitement des eaux.

Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la gestion globale des projets, depuis la phase de conception jusqu'à la mise en service, en garantissant la qualité, les délais et le respect des budgets.

 

Missions principales :

  • Planification et gestion de projets de construction de stations de traitement des eaux clé en main.
  • Supervision des équipes de conception et de construction, coordination des sous-traitants.
  • Élaboration et suivi des budgets, des plannings et des ressources.
  • Garantie de la conformité des projets aux normes environnementales et de sécurité.
  • Communication régulière avec les clients, les parties prenantes et les autorités locales.
  • Identification et résolution des problèmes techniques, gestion des risques.
  • Reporting régulier sur l’avancement des projets à la direction et aux clients.
  • Négociation et gestion des contrats avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.
  • Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie civil, électromécanique, génie environnemental ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Expérience de 10 à 15 ans en gestion de projets de construction industrielle d’envergure.
  • Expérience spécifique en construction de stations de traitement des eaux clé en main.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et en leadership.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes et réglementations environnementales et de sécurité.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents sur les sites de projets.
